The USD 480 Liberal Public School District is looking for ways to use data to make sound decisions for World Class Education. Demographer Robert Schwartz with RSP & Associates presented several findings to the board of education on Thursday, May 9th, which included charts, maps, and key considerations revolving around enrollment forecasting for Liberal, Kansas.
